Please review your demographics tab on the patient portal and make any necessary changes. If you have had a change of insurance, please call the office and we will update your account to save time at check-in.
What to bring to all appointments:
- Insurance Card
- Photo ID
- List of medications
Insurances
We contract with most insurances including Medicare, Blue Cross Blue Shield of NC, United HealthCare, Aetna and Cigna. Call the telephone number listed on your insurance card to verify coverage. We collect the amount that is not paid by your insurance at the time of service including co-pays, co-insurance and deductibles.We look forward to seeing you at Dermatology Group of the Carolinas!
