Appointment Screening
We are screening all our patients before their appointment to ask about COVID-19 exposure and symptoms.
We ask that you reschedule your appointment if you have had or currently have fevers, cough or shortness of breath; if you have had contact with someone positive for COVID-19 or are awaiting your results.
Car Check In
To keep you safe and maintain social distancing, we have a new process to check in from your car. When you arrive in our parking lot, please call our office at 704-784-5901. One of our staff members will assist you via telephone. After check in is complete, you can expect to wait in the car until your physician is ready to see you. This will help limit the number of people in the office.
Masks
We ask that all patients wear a cloth mask or other facial covering such as a scarf or bandana when in the office.
All our staff will also be wearing a surgical mask and goggles to protect you.
Visitor Policy
We ask that patients come to their appointments alone.Visitors will be asked to wait in the car. Exceptions to visitor policy include one adult visitor if needed for medical aid, or one parent/guardian for minor patients.
